Dinner Tonight!

Lately... or the past few days, have been spending quite a lot of time in the kitchen (or 2 times since Peanut Butter Cookie making...).

Today, whipped up enchiladas with beans, canned tomatoes and smoked chicken, with a side of salsa with mint and addition of capsicum too~

Dinner with a side of Hot Chocolate Submarine!

First Post! And Another New Blog...!

Had the sudden urge to bake tonight. Really felt like cookies but didn't have chocolate chips so couldn't make chocolate chip cookies:( Instead, went looking for cookie recipes and found Peanut Butter Cookies! First batch turned out ok, although a bit crumbly, and the third, fourth and fifth were pretty much the same if not a little bit firmer to roll into balls. Overall, I think I did a pretty awesome job. Random how I wanted to bake suddenly but oh well. Made about 40 small sized cookies and the little bits I had taste pretty good once they were set and hard! ^^
